I am going to bet lunch - Epps gets a $500 fine and probation on the low end and 60 days on the high end (for which some political donor will write him a PHAT check for). But I bet two lunches he doesn't see the 60 days.

Unfortunately, the Ray Epps charge is a joke (smallest misdemeanor) even compared to the charges and sentences January 6th protestors got who did not enter the capitol. Some were even charged and jailed for just talking and texting about it and they were not even there!
