Robert Barnes was on President Trump’s legal team in 2020 in Georgia and is a famed litigator. On his weekly law program, he shares with famed Canadian attorney David Freiheit (Viva Frei). Barnes explains the long list of Constitutional problems that appear in Special Prosecutor Jack Smith’s indictment of President Trump.
Trump also has robust trial defenses including that Georgia’s 2020 election was not conducted legally. Barnes would know because he was Trump’s attorney on the ground in Georgie when it happened. Says Barnes, the election was old fashioned stolen, and is looking forward to trial, if it ever happens, he is confident he can prove it.
