Robert Barnes is a famed litigator. He was on President Trump’s legal team in 2020 in Georgia where the Democrats have filed a RICO suit against Trump and most anyone who worked with him. Barnes left Trump’s legal team when Rudy Guiliani was appointed to head the team.
Barnes left in part because Rudy was not up to the task and had little experience in elections law. While Rudy was a famed mob prosecutor, he had not stepped foot in a court room in almost 30 years. To make matters worse, several of the RNC lawyers on Trump’s legal team were working against him and were lying to the President.
Barnes is very aware of the election illegalities and shenanigans that happened in Georgia and discusses them in some detail in this long form interview. Barnes also explains that since they filed a RICO suit against Trump, he will have the right to introduce evidence demonstrating his state of mind (his point of view) which means the evidence of election fornication the courts refused to even look at will be admissible.
