Vote fraud in Indiana is a real problem. There are lots of ways to do it. Having worked polling places myself I had to keep an aye on the Democrat poll sheriff who carried opened absentee ballots in her hand for over seven hours with a pen in her hand. She was trying to spoil ballots of people who voted Republican before she put them into the machine. I made it very clear that I was hovering over her while she had those ballots in her hand.
