Biden Admin/BigFood Waging Lawfare on Amish Farmers - UPDATED!
Much like BigPharma and the FDA, pharmaceutical executives and lobbyists are a revolving door with each other. Regulators work with the government for a few years and then go to BigPharma and then back to regulating and then back to BigPharma. This is one of the ways BigPharma captures the regulators to get away with unethical practices.

BigFood (much of which is also BigTobacco) operates the same way.
Just over a year ago, the Department of Agriculture (DoA) went after Amos Miller, a successful Amish farmer who never had a complaint about his top-quality organic food. So of course, the DoA raided Miller for producing food they claimed was unsafe and even charged that the food he grew for his own family was illegal because it did not follow federal labeling regulations.
The truth is that Congress has never passed a law saying that you cannot eat food you grow yourself nor have they passed a law saying that you cannot buy food directly from a farmer.
The Department of Agriculture was hoping they could find a judge stupid enough to set a legal precedent they could use to put small farmers everywhere out of business, all for your health of course.
The reason that DoA chose Amos Miller is because being Amish, he would be inclined not to fight back at all and just let it happen. Fortunately, a group of powerful civic minded lawyers intervened on behalf of Amos Miller including the famed celebrity attorney Robert Barnes.
Robert Barnes and his charity law firm, Free America Law Center, defeated the federal government in court. The DoA, realizing that Barnes and his associates being the best lawyers in practice today were going to win in court, the government dragged the process out in an attempt to use the process to bankrupt and punish Amos Miller for daring to fight back.
Barnes used his fame and media contacts to raise money for Miller to keep him and his farm from going bankrupt.
Fast forward a year later, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, raids Amos Miller’s farm without contacting his attorney. The Penn DoA had to file a brief filled with whopping lies about the quality of Miller’s food in order to get the judge to sign off on the warrant.
Penn DoA waited until Barnes was having a procedure in the hospital to execute their plans. This video is a must see. We have never seen Barnes this angry:

Barnes is not exaggerating about how many people medically require food similar to what Amos Miller provides. Yours truly is immune compromised and gets food from Amish farmers as certain processed foods literally causes this writer harm.
