Attorney Robert Gouveia Shows Dirty Tricks Trial Judge Using to Rig Kari Lake Election Fornication Trial

This is a clinic on how Republicans often do not get a fair trial. Judges are often political operatives and the judge that Kari Lake has been stuck with has been doing all he can to prevent a fair trial and protect the Democrats.

In this trial there are several issues, but the key issue is that Maricopa Country rigged the signature verification so that it could not be used to stop thousands of fake ballots. Even the Democrat’s own expert said at least 10% of the signatures do not match, many times more than Kari Lake needs.

Any time a new candidate or and independent or smaller political party seeks to get on the ballot they do it by collecting signatures. It is no secret that the political authorities will look at each signature with a skeptical eye to toss out as many signatures as possible to keep smaller challengers off the ballot. This has been done in most every jurisdiction in the country for decades. The standard rule is that you will need three times the number of required signatures because the court will routinely allow 2/3rds of them to be tossed out.

Now that Kari Lake is asking for the same signature verification, the Democrats and the Judge want a totally new standard where performing a signature comparison has no standards at all and is totally subjective rendering the practice useless. Apparently, what is good for the goose is not good for the gander.

It should also be said that the judge earlier threw out any attempt at signature verification because he knows if it is done properly Kari Lake wins. The Arizona Supreme Court reversed the judge’s decision.
