Warren Buffett is likely the most successful investor alive today. “Business savvy, shareholder oriented and a strong interest in Berkshire,” are the requirements to get hired at the company that is at the top.

Warren Buffet has explained that Berkshire does not do committees, weird PowerPoints, or make work nonsense. They only have a meeting when necessary. At the end of the interview Berkshire Vice President Charlie Munger explains why bigotry is stupid and bad for business.
