Trump DoJ Sues Rogue Judges in Brilliant Legal Move

We have all heard about judge shopping, the process where lawyers will pick certain jurisdictions containing judges that are essentially political hacks, so that a presidential or congressional agenda can be blocked for years while it is tied up in court.

In these jurisdictions the cases are supposed to be handed out to judges at random, but for some reason, the same anti-Trump judges keep getting these cases.

Asking these judges to recuse for obvious conflicts of interest has proven fruitless, so Trump is suing a long list of judges for violating legal procedure, violating their jurisdiction and more. For example, some judges had instructed their clerks that if certain anti-Trump lawyers filed a motion with the court, to automatically issue an injunction before the judge even actually reviewed the case.

Well now these judges are now defendants, so they have no choice but to recuse themselves.
