We could understand one or two administration officials letting their mouth get a little ahead of themselves, but listen to Trump’s personal attorney, now DoJ official, Alina Habba. She is clearly disturbed by what she knows:

Attorney General Pam Bondi is in hiding and they are letting Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt take all the heat. There are reports that Dan Bongino is on a mass blocking spree.
Our view is that most of the records were destroyed by the intelligence community, members of the administration got ahead of their ski’s and let their mouth’s write checks that their butts couldn’t cash, and/or the information was so damaging to the global intelligence community that they felt compelled to reverse course. We may never know the whole truth.
PoliticalArena can understand protecting certain parts of the intelligence community. If this is the case it would have been better if they just told us that they cannot release all of it for good reasons and we simply have to trust their judgement on this. They are not very good liars.
