Texas to Supreme Court: COME AND CUT IT!

There is a natural right to basic self-defense and the defense of humanity.

Texas is facing an onslaught of 260,000 people a month showing up at the border with the help and blessing of the Biden Administration, Mexico, the United Nations and Catholic Charities.

The result is 85,000 missing children, human trafficking and drug cartels getting rich off of human misery, and dozens of dead bodies littering the border every month.

The Supreme Court, at least five members of it, have forgotten that Constitutional Law must follow natural law, if it doesn’t serious trouble is inevitable.

The Supreme Court has ruled temporarily, until a full hearing can take place, that the Texas National Guard cannot actually defend Texas, and that the states have no right to defend themselves from harm while the federal government under Biden is deliberately violating the laws of the United States.

Article IV of the Constitution says that the United States shall guarantee to every state a republican form of government and shall protect them against invasion. A “republican form of government” means the rule of law. The federal government is deliberately failing on both counts.

The three Marxists on the court of course agreed with the invasion because “white people bad” but Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the Marxists.

Chief Roberts is simply not a legal mind. In his writings and other reports, it is clear that he sees the Supreme Court is a political organ, not a legal one.

Amy Coney Barrett likes some parts of the Constitution and does not like others. PoliticalArena warned readers that Barrett should not be nominated by Trump, but the establishment got their way. Corporate media was largely behind her and far too many Americans supported Barrett because she is good looking and comes across well on television.

Texas is standing firm and defying the court. Governor Abbott released a statement stating that “The Federal government has broken the compact between the United States and the States.” So far, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Florida, Virginia and Montana are openly siding with Texas.
