Tim Pool did an excellent job describing the legal box that corrupt judges working with Biden’s Department of Justice have put Steve Bannon in. In order to do that these judges had to ignore decades of Supreme Court precedent.
They know eventually the Supreme Court will likely reverse this, but by the time that happens the damage is done.
The strategy of the Democrats has been to partake in so many unlawful activities, shielded by their appointees in the lower courts, overwhelming the higher courts. This is cited as one reason for the numerous 9-0 decisions in the Supreme Court since Biden took office.
