Kash Patel: DoJ Admits Manipulating Evidence in Trump Docs Case. Infamous 'Classified' Photo Staged.
The judge who issued the gag order on Donald Trump in New York stated that his social media posts are intended to sway the jury, despite the jury being prohibited from accessing media during the trial.
Why then isn't staging such photos considered obstruction of justice? And why aren't the press leaks, which falsely claim Trump hoarded nuclear secrets at Mar-a-Lago, viewed similarly?
Of course, PoliticalArena called this photo out as phony the day it happened.
Documents released by Judge Cannon indicate that following Trump's departure, that the National Archives, the White House, and the Department of Justice were collaborating on an action against him, which President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland had previously denied. Allegations have surfaced that classified documents were intermingled with personal papers intended for shipment by the Government Services Administration (GSA) to Mar-a-Lago.
The inventory of documents seized did not align with what was later provided to Trump’s defense team during discovery. This isn't the first instance of alleged bad faith conduct by Special DoJ Prosecutor Jack Smith’s team.
This could explain why the FBI did not allow Trump’s lawyers to observe the raid and why they reportedly attempted to obtain all the security camera footage unlawfully. Government use of force to hinder transparency often indicates illicit activity.
Consequently, Judge Cannon has indefinitely postponed the documents trial. Moreover, Judge Cannon is arranging hearings on the motion to dismiss the case due to selective and vindictive prosecution, as well as a hearing regarding the aforementioned evidence discrepancies.

The House Judiciary Committee is demanding answers for the prosecutors mishandling of alleged classified documents.
Jack Smith's misconduct in the prosecution of former Governor Bob McDonnell led the Supreme Court to unanimously overturn his case. The use of lawfare against McDonnell aimed to prevent him from running against Barack Obama, and it succeeded.
The Department of Justice has been accused of misconduct in politicized cases with the intent to influence elections, such as the unfounded case against former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens. The prosecution of Stevens by the Obama Administration was so egregious that it is listed in the University of Michigan Law School's National Registry of Exonerations.
Yours truly wrote five articles about the prosecutorial misconduct in the Ted Stevens case which are very much worth your time to examine:
