Former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty to a Georgia court to aiding and abetting a false statement. The punishment is a small fine and probation. She has a gag order on her until all of the trials are completed.
What is the alleged false statement? Ellis and other Trump lawyers hired investigators who delivered the best evidence they could get at the time. Understand that the way Georgia election officials were operation, the system was less than transparent. Ellis and other lawyers testified to the Georgia Senate about unconstitutional ballots. Some under-age, some people who have moved, some who were dead, etc. and while it was the best information they could get at the time, the numbers weren’t exact. So, Fani Willis charged the lawyers with lying under oath to the Georgia Senate.
Jenna Ellis was only able to raid about $250K which is not enough to fight off the lawfare being waged upon her and Trump’s right to counsel. With her guilty plea she gets a short probation and a small fine. The same applies for Chesebro’s guilty plea. Ellis was crying when she read her guilty letter to the court because she knew it was nonsense.
But understand, when this gets to the higher courts all of this is likely to get thrown out, rendering the guilty pleas moot, saving them millions in legal fees.
Even the sleaziest attorney on Earth, Andrew Weismann, who engaged in massive prosecutorial misconduct in the General Flynn case, has admitted to such on X (Twitter, see video below). Famed defense attorney Robert Gouveia has details:
NOTE - It is not just Gouveia saying this will all likely get thrown out, Robert Barnes lectured almost an hour just listing the defenses Trump has.
It gets better. We keep seeing in the media that “Trump lawyer Sydney Powell pleads guilty.” But here is the rub, while Trump briefly considered bringing her on his team, Sydney Powell never represented President Trump or the Trump campaign.
Powell’s “Kraken” witnesses lied to her, gave her false affidavits, and then vanished. The witnesses were likely deep state operatives as we explained in 2020. Famed attorney and former Trump lawyer Robert Barnes says that Cubans came to him with the same Dominion story they came to Sydney Powell with. Barnes believes these Cuban’s were CIA (there are a great deal of Cuban Americans in the CIA).
How Lawfare Works
To understand the level of lawfare being waged on Trump, let’s take a short stroll down memory lane and recall what they did to General Michael Flynn.
1 - The agents Director Comey sent to Flynn’s office said Flynn was being truthful in their FBI report (Form 302). That report was withheld from the court illegally.
2 - DoJ prosecutors lied to the court trying to make it look like Flynn lied to the FBI. DoJ had exculpatory evidence they were caught illegally withholding from the court.
3 - In an effort to bankrupt Flynn so he could afford to defend himself, the DoJ dragged out the case, a common tactic used in lawfare.
4 - The DoJ was able to penetrate the law firm Flynn hired to defend him, so Flynn’s attorneys were working against him. They got caught.
5 - In order to pressure Flynn to plead guilty, they threatened to wage lawfare against his son who had a four-month-old baby.
6 - After Flynn felt like he had no choice but to plead guilty, DoJ took Flynn’s business partner to trial. He was convicted by the jury, only to have the court toss out the conviction saying that the level and nature of evidence the DoJ used did not meet legal minimum standards.
7 - There was so much prosecutorial misconduct that those working on the case bought special liability insurance expecting to get sued for misconduct.
Several famed attorney YouTubers like Viva Frei, and Nate the Lawyer initially thought Flynn was guilty, then looked at the evidence and changed their minds.
Nate the Lawyer explains that because of this misconduct there are people who plead guilty every day to crimes they did not do. This is a must see:
Readers should keep in mind that all of this happened under the nose of Trump’s Attorney General Bill Barr. Barr was working against Trump the whole time. Trump did not know Barr and was nominated on the recommendation of Mitch McConnell and the RNC.
