Former CEO of Project Veritas James O’Keefe had a meeting with Project Veritas employees today where he tendered his resignation and announced that the board of directors has removed him as CEO. The meeting was recorded for internal use but was released by someone on Twitter.
James meticulously exposed the lies put out by the Project Veritas Board of Directors. They accused him of using company funds for his wedding, James is not married. They said he misappropriated funds by meeting people in person instead of using ZOOM. They told at least one employee, once “JO” is gone you can have a raise.
When the board suspended James, they ordered him not to use social media or have contact with PV employees and then gaslighted him for not answering the questions of employees who did not know about the order while he was on his mandated leave.
At one point, according to the video, what will donors do once they know James is gone, a board member reportedly answered that they do not need to know.
When rumors of James being removed as CEO surfaced and donors were openly considering a lawsuit against PV they put out this tweet as if everything was just Hunkydory:

Since the release of this video just hours ago Project Veritas’ Twitter account has lost 100k followers.
James asked how is it that the board turned against him right after their biggest story and success of all time?
Perhaps a good look at Pfizer’s rap sheet can explain why.
Below is a list of the violations Pfizer has been fined for since 2000. The fines total more than 10 billion. On the list of violations includes false claims, corrupt practices (bribes), safety and anti-competition offenses. It reads like the mafia rap sheet or a RICO indictment.
UPDATE - Project Veritas board has now accused James of committing crimes after already being caught lying about him. James has hired a legal team. This is not going to go well for them.
Our take, the board is deliberately imploding Project Veritas. They could not have handled this more stupidly. Why do so many suspect Pfizer is behind it?
