Most people are not aware, but before Dr. Phil McGraw was ““Dr. Phil”” he was a “trial consultant” meaning he taught lawyers how to emotionally manipulate and/or psychologically impact a jury. Dr. Phil is a trial expert superior to that of most lawyers.

In short, not only is “election interference” not a crime, even though the jury was told it was by the judge, but the actual charge against Trump presented in the jury instructions WAS NOT IN THE INDICTMENT.
The law is clear that a defendant (Trump) has the right to know the charges he is being charged with in advance. In this case the charge was invented shortly before Judge Merchan’s unconstitutional jury instructions were delivered.
Not only that, but Judge Merchan’s jury instructions told the jury that they do not need to be unanimous in what crime they think Trump committed, only that they believe he was guilty of something. That takes reasonable doubt and tosses it out the window and is unprecedented in the history of the United States.

UPDATE - The billboards appeared shortly after the verdict, indicating they were pre-planned, suggesting foreknowledge of the verdict's timing. This could shed light on why Judge Merchan granted the jury several days off just before they were ready to end deliberations.
