Alvin Bragg's Lead Attorney Prosecuting Trump Pleads the 5th Before House Judiciary Committee
Alvin Bragg is the Manhattan District Attorney who used a novel interpretation of the law to try and prosecute President Trump. His lead prosecutor Mark Pomerantz, who transferred from the Biden Justice Department to work for Bragg in his efforts to get Trump, plead for Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination rather than answer questions about his apparently not so transparent efforts to persecute former President Trump.
Yet another case of government officials, being paid with your tax dollars, using the 5th Amendment to hide the crimes they committed while working for government.
